Can I change my reservation?

The only permissible changes to tickets are:

• Cancellation in accordance with the cancellation policy of each company combined with the cancellation policy of Viva Travel.
• Convert your ticket to an open ticket. This conversion can only be made at the agency of the ferry companies.
