LOCATION
Ithaca is the smallest of the Ionian Islands after Paxos and lies on the south of Lefkada and north-east of Kefalonia, which is separated by the homonymous channel.
It is an elongated island with an area of 96 square kilometers and a population of just 3084 inhabitants.
It belongs to the prefecture of Kefalonia and Ithaca.
HOW TO GET THERE
The island has no airport, so no one can go there directly by plane.
But you can travel by plane to Kefalonia and get a ship from there to Ithaca.
There is a ferry service to Ithaca from the port of Patras and from Sami, Kefalonia.
