LOCATION
The island of Serifos is situated in the Western origin of the Cyclades.
HOW TO GET THERE
You can get a ferry or a high speed boat From Piraeus from the following shipping companies: Ventouris Sea Lines, Zante Ferries and Aegean Speed Lines.
TRANSPORTATION
Serifos is generally considered a medium sized island. This means that you can easily travel with a motorbike, and that you do not necessarily need a car. The public transports that go to the beaches are not quite organized, so it would be good to have some means of transport. There are also only four taxis available on the island, which makes it extremely hard to book one.
BEACHES
Serifos is an island that is known for its beautiful beaches. In comparison with the size of the island the beaches are numerous since there are more than 70 beaches available! The most known beaches are Ganema, Koutalas, Agios sostis, karavi and Livadakia.
ENTERTAINMENT
The charming island of Cyclades offers high quality but limited entertainment options. The port and the main town of the island is where small bars are situated and its quite easy to view all of them and decide on the one that suits your taste.
