Viva.gr guarantees that we offer the best prices available anywhere for 60.000 hotels. If you find a better price elsewhere for the same room type, board type, cancellation policy and dates, please contact us within 24 hours after completing your booking on our site and, provided the price you found is valid, we will return the difference in the form of a discount coupon for your next purchase of a flight or hotel from Viva.gr - or we will cancel your booking with us at no cost provided it is allowed by the hotels cancellation policy. This guarantee is not valid in certain circumstances, like New years eve and Christmas eve, or if the cheapest price is available only on the specific hotel's website.
