This is to notify you that, effective 30th of September 2013, Olympic Air will discontinue its flights from/ to Rhodes.

All OA tickets already issued can be fully refunded, directly through the GDSs, as long as at least one sector ATH-RHO v.v. is included.
Additionally, and for all passengers holding valid tickets in OA (050) stock, including ATH-RHO and v.v. sector, please find below the re protection procedure with A3 which is already in place.

RE PROTECTION PROCEDURES WITH A3

•  All valid tickets issued on OA PUBLISHED FARES, can be:

- Re-protected on any A3 flight to the LOWEST RBD AVAILABLE of the same compartment* and on the same routing as the original ticket.
- *Premium Economy class is considered as an ECONOMY compartment

• All valid Tickets Issued on OA UNPUBLISHED fares can be: - re-protected on any A3 flight on the same routing and ONLY as per the RBD table below for your guidance
