Aegean Speed Lines
Aegean Speed Lines was founded in 2005 as a result of cooperation between the PLC The following year Sea Containers departed the company and a large Greek entered the business group.
Initially, the company only had routes to the islands of the western Cyclades, but now the company's services covers the transport needs for most of the islands of the Cyclades.
At the Present day it carries out three routes with modern high speed boats covering the Western Cyclades (Serifos, Sifnos, Milos, Kimolos, Folegandros) and the routes Piraeus-Syros, Tinos, Mykonos, Piraeus-Thira-Ios-Sikinos and Piraeus-Paros-Naxos.
At the end of 2009, Aegean Speed Lines had become "the best shipping company of the year for the dedication and commitment at providing high quality services from Lloyds List.
