TICKET CANCELLATIONS/FARE REFUNDS

• Cancellation of tickets is only allowed 72 days before the departure of the ship with a full refund of the fare.
• For cancellations made less than 72 hours before departure, the fare is not refunded.

Conversion of tickets to open is allowed up to 72 hours before departure.


OPEN DATE TICKETS 

Open tickets are valid for one year from the date of issue and can only be changed once. In case the passenger wishes to travel on a date with a higher fare than the fare he has paid, then he must pay the difference between the current fare he has paid.
