Cancellation Policy

Tickets are canceled only through our office or through the headquarters of each shipping company. Ticket cancellation:

• Up to 24 hours prior to departure: 100% refund
• Up to 12 hours prior to departure: 50% refund
• 12 hours or less prior to departure: NO refund
• Alternatively, tickets can be converted to “Open date tickets”, for another departure date, up to one hour prior to original departure.

Discount policy

The ferry company Sea Dreams offers special discounts for specific passenger categories, including:

• Children (discount for children 3-12 years old)
• Infants (discount for children 0-2 years old)
• Students of Greek Public Universities
• Large group of travelers

Note: children up to 4 years old travel for free, while children 5-10 years old receive a 50% discount.
