DISCOUNT AND CANCELLATION POLICY
TICKET CANCELLATIONS
For the periods from 12/03/2021 to 15/03/2021, 28/04/2021 to 04/05/2021, 18/06/2021 to 21/06/2021 and 05/07/2021 to 05/09/2021 the following apply:
Ticket cancellations can be made up to 5 days before the departure of the ship. Tickets are canceled without cancellations or converted to an open date or for another date.
From 5 days to 12 hours before departure 50% cancellation fees are withheld or tickets are converted for another date or open date.
The following applies to the remaining period:
Ticket cancellations can be made up to 3 days before departure. Tickets are canceled without cancellations or converted to an open date or for another date.
From 3 days up to 2 hours before the departure of the ship 50% cancellation fees are withheld or the tickets are converted into an open date.
For all periods after the departure of the ship the tickets are not canceled and are not converted into an open date except when for reasons of force majeure the passenger can not travel and there is a corresponding document confirming the event.
OPEN DATE TICKETS
Open tickets are valid for one year from the date of issue.
TICKET LOSSES
In case of loss of a ticket, the passenger is obliged to buy a new ticket and then he must declare in writing to the company the loss of the ticket stating the details of the old ticket and the new one. If the lost ticket after a check of the company is found not to have traveled, within one month from the date of travel will be given a free ticket of equal value or will be returned to the passenger the value of the ticket fare.
Discounts:
STU 50% (Student, valid only in DECK financial position) *,
NAT 50% (NAT Retirees),
POL 50% (Large families),
TRI 50% (Three children),
Disabled 50% (Special discount, valid in cabins) **,
CHI 50% (children from 6-10 years old, also valid in cabins) and
INF 100% (baby for babies up to 5 years old)
* Students of domestic AEK and TEI including students of the Open University.
**People with a disability rate of 80% or more are characterized as disabled.
Car discount:
We inform you that the 50% discount for the disabled is valid (car for people with a disability discount). In addition, we remind you that for the best loading of the ship you choose the categories IX1 <4.25m or IX2> 4.25m and there is no difference in fare.
UNACCOMPANIED MINOR CHILD
There is no procedure, as children usually do not travel alone because the itineraries are long and the crew must be informed.
