Can I change or cancel my reservation?

You should call us as soon as possible if you want to make any changes to your booking.
Please note that in many cases, airlines may have set a charge which depends on the type of fare ticket.Also some fares do not allow any changes to be made. If you proceeded with an online booking, you should submit your request online via the special form on our site. If you proceeded with a telephone reservation, you should call us and tell us the number of your reservation. We will contact the airline and we will let you know. For actions that will made by Viva Travel, there will be a charge of 15 € for each domestic ticket and 20 € for each international ticket, without including any possible charges set by the airline for the change.
