The Realize-Viva Group, consisting of Realize SA and its subsidiaries Viva Payments and Viva Services, announces a strategic partnership with the investment companies owned by Marianna I. Latsis and Paris Kasidokostas-Latsis.

As explained Mr. Haris Karonis, Founder and Managing Director of the Group of companies, the strategic investors aquired a minority stake in the Company Realize SA.

The investment aims to implement the comapany's business plan for dynamic development of its services in the field of electronic payments in Greece and abroad through its subsidiaries Viva Payments and Viva Services.

This investment is part of the wider strategy of the two investors, in support of innovative business initiatives in one of the main pillars of development in Greece, the digital economy.
