Ticket cancellation

High Season: 18/12/2020-07/01/2021, 12/03/2021-15/03/2021, 23/04/2021- 10/05/2021, 14/06/2021-12/09/2021



Up to 14 days before departure: Tickets are canceled without cancellation fee or converted to an open date or other date.
From 13 to 7 days prior to departure: withhold 25% of cancellation fees or alternatively converted into open date or other date.
From 6 days to 2 hours before departure: 50% are withheld or alternatively converted to an open date or for another date.
2 hours before and until departure: 50% cancellation fees are charged but tickets can not be converted to an open date, and the date change is not possible.
After departure: Tickets can not be canceled or be converted into open date, and changing the date is not possible.

Low Season: All other dates.

Up to 1 hour before departure: Tickets are canceled without cancellation fee or converted to an open date or other date.
1 hour before departure and until departure: Withhold 50% cancellation fees and can not become open date or other date.
After Departure: Tickets can not be canceled and can not be converted to an open date, and the date change is not possible.

UNACCOMPANIED MINOR CHILD

For minors at the age of 15 and over (15-18) travelling without an adult companion, a statement of the parent or legal guardian should be submitted to the Company.


Itinerary Delay or Cancellation
 
Departure: Passengers and vehicles can board without
to change their tickets.
 
Travel Cancellation: The canceled departure tickets are not valid for boarding and must be changed for the next scheduled departure, in which there is availability of seats. Caution: In cases where the route is delayed or canceled For reasons of force majeure (eg bad weather), passengers are kindly requested to contact the Headquarters or Port Offices to be informed of the new time departure of the ship.
 
Loss of Tickets
 
 In case of loss of a ticket:
a) to be able to travel
passenger will have to buy a new ticket.
b) must before the scheduled departure to declare in writing at the Head Office or Port Offices of the company the loss of the ticket, indicating the date of travel, the route, and the ticket number purchased. After checking the company records and if it appears that the lost ticket was not used or replaced, within one (1) month from date of travel, the passenger is entitled to a free ticket of the same value as the lost one.
 

Passenger-vehicle tickets
 
According to Community Directive 98/41 it is mandatory, for safety reasons, the nominal registration of passengers in each itinerary. In order to be able to register, the tickets are issued NAMED and in particular must be indicated: the name of the passenger in full, the sex, the date of birth, age (adult, child, infant), type & registration number
vehicle. In addition to the above, individuals must be declared to the issuing agency who need SPECIAL CARE.


COVID POLICY

From 05/04/2020 ticket holders with a travel date until 31/10/2020 who can not travel due to travel restrictions or do not want to travel, due to uncertainty due to the pandemic or due to cancellation of scheduled they must convert their tickets into an open date at least 24 hours before departure in order to use them on a subsequent journey to any destination within the period of eighteen months from the date of travel of the original ticket.

In case the passenger wishes to travel on a date or in a seat category for the same or a different destination, with a higher fare than the fare of the original ticket, then the resulting fare difference must be paid.

If the period of 18 months has passed and the open date tickets have not been used, then the passengers are entitled to receive 100% of the fare of the open tickets in their possession.
