DISCOUNT AND CANCELLATION POLICY

TICKET CANCELLATIONS

100% Up to 14 days before departure.

75% Up to 7 days before departure.

50% Up to 12 hours before departure. Fare is not refundable in the period of 12 hours before departure.

After the departure of the ship the tickets are not canceled, they are not converted into open date tickets (OPEN) while it is not possible to change the date of the trip.

Tickets are canceled by the Company 's Head Agents and Head Offices and can not be canceled by phone. Those interested must deliver the tickets to the aforementioned agencies or offices.
 

OPEN DATE TICKETS


Open date tickets are valid for 1 year from the date of issue and are not accepted for boarding. It is necessary before boarding the original ticket to be replaced with a new ticket.
Tickets can be made OPEN (open date) up to 1 hour before departure.


DELAY - CANCELLATION OF SCHEDULE

ANES is not responsible for any delay of the route or prohibition of departure due to bad weather conditions or orders of the Ministry of Shipping and Island Policy or the Port Authorities or for reasons of force majeure. In this case, the tickets can be redeemed at the Central Agencies or at their issuing agency upon presentation of the entire ticket.

The canceled departure tickets are not valid for boarding and must be changed for the next scheduled departure, where seats are available, replacing a ticket. In cases where the route is delayed or canceled, passengers are kindly requested to contact the company's port offices to be informed about the new departure time of the ship.
 

LOSS OF TICKETS

In case of loss of the ticket, in order for the passenger to be able to travel, he will have to buy a new ticket. He must then inform the shipping company in writing stating all the details of the lost ticket (trip date, route, ticket number), the number of the new ticket purchased and a photocopy thereof.

If the lost ticket is not found in the company's records to have traveled within a month from the date of travel, the company will replace it with a free ticket of the same route and category as the lost one. The loss statement will be filed or faxed to the company's offices.

 

PASSENGER - VEHICLE TICKETS

 The ticket is personal, registered, non-transferable and valid only for the route, date and place for which it was issued.

 According to the Community Directive 98/41 / EC and for safety reasons it is mandatory to register the names of the passengers on each route. For the purposes of registration, the tickets are issued by NAME and must state:

* The name of the passenger
* Gender: Male / Female
* Age / date of birth: Adult / Child / Infant
* The Nationality of the passenger
* If there is a vehicle: vehicle type and Registration Number

During the issuance, it would be good for the passenger to state a contact telephone number (preferably mobile) so that he can be notified in case of delay, cancellation or cancellation of the ship's route. In case the passenger does NOT want to disclose contact information, it is registered in the issuance system.
 

DISCOUNT POLICY


100% Children up to 5 years old
50% Children from 5 to 10 years old, to NAT retirees and their spouses, large families, Students holding a student pass, to people with special needs with a disability rate of 80% or more, to the blind and their attendants. + 50% discount for their cars , if they are classified as disabled in their marketing authorization.
In order to grant the discount, it is necessary to present the relevant decision of the competent health committee of the prefecture.
30% For Security Corps ID holders (military, firefighters, police, port), international students holders of the International Student Identity ISIC)
The discounts are not cumulative. In each case a discount is granted, the highest in percentage.
The beneficiaries of the above discounts must present the necessary supporting documents when issuing the tickets and when boarding the ship.
 

UNACCOMPANIED MINOR CHILD

Unaccompanied minors are allowed to travel as long as there is a responsible statement from the parents made at the port authority.
