Discount & Cancellation Policy - ENDEAVOR LINES

Passengers canceling their reservations are liable to the cancellations fees as follows:

From the date of issue up to 30 prior to departure: No cancellation fees.
From 29 up to 7 days prior to departure: 25%
From 6 days up to the day before departure: 50%
On the day of departure or failure to travel (no show): 100%

Refunds:Are made only by the issuing travel agent or port agent on condition that the date of cancellation is confirmed on the ticket with the stamp and signature of the responsible office (issuing travel agency or port office).

Discounted Children's Tickets

Infants up to 4 years old, travel free of charge in INF/ZINF (passage on Deck) accommodation. Infants must be accompanied by at least one adult.
Children under 12 years old are entitled to a 50% discount on the reserved accommodation and must be accompanied by at least one adult.

Discount Young Persons' Tickets

20% discount is granted to young persons under 26 years old, in YY1/ZYY1 (deck accommodation) and SS1/ZSS1 (airplane type seats accommodation).

Discounted Senior Tickets

10% discount is granted to senior people over 60 years old in all passenger categories. Passengers' proof of age is checked at embarkation against passport or ID card.

Small cars

Small car owners (up to 4 mt. long), can take advantage of our "Small Tariffs" (V2).

Caravan & Camper Friends

Holders of Caravan e Camper Friends cards are entitled to a discount of 10% on passenger, camper and caravan tariffs upon presentation of their membership card. The discount applies to "RET." tariffs as well. Choose CCFP in the discount column for passengers and CCFV for campers/caravans.

Club Plein Air

Members of Club Plein Air are entitled to a discount of 10% on passenger, camper and caravan tariffs upon presentation of their membership card. The discount applies to "RET." tariffs as well. Choose CPAP in the discount column for passengers and CPAV for campers/caravans.

Round Trip Tickets

Up to 25% discount on the return tariff of round trip tickets. The discount has already been calculated and listed in the "Return" column of the tariff tables. The round trip discount applies provided both the outward and return tickets are purchased at the same time.
