From the date of ticket issue and up to 30 days before the scheduled departure, the ticket fare is fully refundable.
From 29 days up to 7 days before the scheduled departure: 75% refund.
From 6 days to 24 hours before the scheduled departure: 50% refund.
Less than 24 hours before the scheduled departure, the fare is non-refundable.
No cancellation can be made after the departure of the ship. Also, the company has no obligation to refund any amount of money if the passenger does not present himself/herself at the time of embarkation or brings with him/her the wrong or no travel documents.

In the event of a lost ticket, the passenger must immediately notify the travel agent who issued the ticket or the port agent or the Company. The traveller can only collect the reprinted ticket with a valid identity document at the port of departure.


Children under 4 years of age travel free of charge. A free ticket must be issued for boarding.
Children aged 4-16 years are entitled to a 50% discount.

Children under 18 years of age are not allowed on board without the accompaniment of both parents or an adult. a) Children accompanied by only one parent, a written authorization must be signed by the other parent. b) If the adult is not one of the two parents, a written authorization must be signed by the parents or legal guardian. c) The appropriate forms are available at the main ticket office in the port. d) If the parents are not in the country of the port of departure, the signature of the authorisation must be certified by the children's state and translated by the embassy of the country of the port of departure. e) If the parents are not in the port but in the country of the port of departure, the signature of the authorisation can be certified by a police station in the country of the port of departure. f) If the parents are in the port of departure, the signature of the authorisation may be validated by the Passport Control Office. g) The written authorisation must be transmitted to the Passport Control Office and to the master or the cashier of the ship.

Pets travel in cabins available for pet transport on board.
Pets are not allowed in indoor public areas or cabins. Pet owners are responsible for the feeding and hygiene of their pets. Pet owners must carry their pets' valid health documents in original, recently updated form.
