Open tickets are valid for one year from date of issue.
For the period from 07/01/15 to 08/09/15, the following apply:
Cancellations can be made up to seven days before departure. Tickets are canceled without charge or converted to open date tickets or for another departure date.
From 7 days to 12 hours before departure 50% cancellation fees or converted tickets for another date or open date.

The following applies for the remaining period:
Cancellations can be made up to 3 days before departure.
Tickets are canceled without charge or converted to open date tickets or for another departure date.
From 3 days to 1 day prior to departure 50% cancellation fees or tickets can be converted to open date up to two hours before departure or on another date.
For all periods after departure tickets can not be canceled or converted to open date only if due to force majeure the passenger can not travel there and the corresponding document confirming the fact.

In case of ticket loss, the passenger is required to buy a new ticket and then you have to declare in writing to the company losing the ticket with details of the old and the new ticket. If the ticket after verification of the company found that it has traveled at the end of each year the company returns to the passenger fare.
