HIGH SEASON
1/4 to 15/10 and 15/12 to 15/1
*Up to one day before departure 100% of the fare is refunded.
*On the same or after departure, tickets are not cancelled and cannot be converted to open date, and the date cannot be changed.
LOW SEASON
16/1 to 30/3 and 16/10 to 14/12
*Up to one hour before departure, tickets are cancelled without cancellation fee or converted to open date.
*After departure, tickets are not cancelled or converted to open date and no change of date is possible.
TICKET CANCELLATIONS
*Tickets can only be cancelled by the issuing agencies. They cannot be cancelled by telephone. Interested parties must hand in the tickets to the issuing agency.

50% discount on the price of the ticket.
War Disabled, War Victims, Disabled Persons' Companions.
Persons with Special Needs (with a disability rate of 80% or more), their Companions (if accompanying persons with paraplegia-tetraplegia, mental disability, autism and Down's syndrome).
Blind people, Accompanying persons for the blind.
Students. The discount is valid for students-students of HEI, TEI, UNIVERSITY, UNIVERSITY and KESEN. The discount is valid for students-students, who are holders of the International Student Identity Card ISIC, including Universities Abroad and Private Schools.
Children 5-10 years old.

Ticket cancellations or conversion to open date tickets (applies to international sailings only)
Cancellations can be made at the travel agency, the port agent and the offices of the company where the reservation and payment was made.
The refund rate depends on the time between the cancellation and the date of travel.
In particular, the following amounts are refundable:
100% refund if the cancellation is made up to 24 hours before the trip and refund of taxes only if the cancellation is made up to 2 hours before the trip.
No cancellation can be made after the departure of the ship. Also, the company is under no obligation to refund any amount of money if the passenger does not present himself/herself at the time of boarding or carries incorrect or no travel documents. Excluded from the refund of the above amounts are the cases of tickets issued in the benefit of an offer (e.g. Early Booking), where the terms of the respective offer apply.
Passengers do not have the right to convert their ticket to OPEN, but they can change their travel date up to 2 hours before the scheduled departure. If this ticket is cancelled in the future, the date of cancellation is taken as the date the ticket changed travel date. Port agencies may cancel a ticket after check-in without refund.
The following categories are entitled to a discount:
1) infants from 0 to 5 years old, 2) children from 6 to 12 years old. The necessary documents proving the status and entitlement of the above categories to cheaper travel must be presented at the time of ticketing and during check-in.
