Cancellations can be made at the travel office where the reservation and payment have been completed, the port organization or the offices of the Company. Depending on the time of cancellation, the following refunds (excluding special offers) are provided:
- 100% refund for cancellations made up ro 91 days prior to departure;
- 80% refund for cancellations made between 90 and 8 days prior to departure;
- 50% refund for cancellations made between 7 days and 24 hours before departure.
UNACCOMPANIED MINOR CHILD
Unaccompanied minors are not allowed.
