TICKET CANCELATIONS & OPEN DATE

HIGH SEASON: 14/12/18-07/01/19, 08/03/19, 11/03/19, 19/04/19-05/05/19, 14/06/19, 17/06/19 & 28/06/19-01/09/19

• Up to 14 days before departure date: the tickets are 100% refundable or may be turned into open date
• Up to 7 days before departure date: the tickets are 75% refundable or may be turned into open date.
• Up to 2 hours before departure: the tickets are 50% refundable but cannot be turned into open or changed for any other date.
• After the scheduled departure tickets cannot be cancelled neither turned into open date.

LOW SEASON: All other dates

• Up to 1 hour prior to scheduled departure: Tickets are 100% refundable or may be turned into open date or any other date.
• Less than 1 hour prior departure and until departure: Tickets are 50% refundable but cannot be turned into open or changed for any other date.
• After the scheduled departure tickets cannot be cancelled neither turned into open date.

lternatively passengers can make their tickets open.
Open-date tickets are valid for one year from the issuing date.
Refunds are issued only by the issuing ticket office upon the company's approval.

UNACCOMPANIED MINOR CHILD

Our Company does not accept bookings for children younger than 15 years old if not accompanied by an adult. All underage passengers over the age of 15 may travel unaccompanied provided that they submit to the company a declaration signed by both their parents or their guardians stating that the parents/guardians assume full responsibility for anything that may happen to the children during the voyage or for any damage inflicted by him/her to third parties. The aforementioned declaration should be accompanied by a validation of the parents/guardians’ signature.

The original declaration is issued in 2 copies per route -the first will be presented to the issuing central agency and the second will be kept by the underage passenger throughout the journey. Declaration forms are available at our Central Agencies.

In addition, the underage passenger should carry all required travel documents required by the relevant port of destination. The Company does not assume any responsibility whatsoever in case the competent port authorities find those documents to be insufficient.
